Happy Fathers Day!!!! Another Year has passed us by, it's fathers day once more, You know dad I would give anything for you to walk straight through my door. To see your face and hear your voice, would fill me with much love, But instead this year again, I look to the heavens above. I bought you a card you can not read, and a drink you can not take, I wish that all this pain would stop, & my heart forget to break. For you made me who I am and that makes me oh so glad, I stand tall and proud today, this is because of you, my friend my dad. I will not be sad for you today, I promise I will not shed a tear, Just wanted you to know I can feel you very near. You taught me right from wrong, you gave me hope & faith, You made me laugh and sometimes cry, but I never will be ready to say goodbye.
